📋 Description
• Provide best practice support, break/fix, and build for the Vault application infrastructure • Monitor alerts and troubleshoot critical production issues impacting end-users including system unavailability and data integrity issues • Build out and deploy new infrastructure • Provide support to developers during regular code releases • Software deployment, configuration management, and performance management in the AWS environment • Document new processes and keep existing documentation and tools up to date as the environment changes • Continuously learn and innovate. Participate in developing new solutions to complex problems. Cross train with other team members to share knowledge and learn from others
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience • Extensive experience in Linux OS administration in a production cloud/virtualization environment • Strong written/oral communication skills • Experience with IT security in an enterprise environment • Strong desire to learn and share knowledge with a diverse global team
