• Join Veeva as we advance our MedTech customers through the adoption of Clinical Operations Solutions; as a Services Lead, you are accountable for scoping and delivering successful implementations and for building long-term, trusted relationships with your customers. • In meeting these objectives, you will specifically: • Ensure customer and employee success • Lead your customers and support the delivery teams • Drive MedTech best practices to support implementation excellence • Foster innovative collateral creation to support successful delivery • Partner with global and cross-function teams to provide the best outcomes to your customers • This is a remote, US-based with a requirement for Eastern or Central Time with required travel.
• 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare or other regulated industries. MedTech experience preferred but not required • Ability to partner cross-functionally to expand, innovate and right-size professional and / or managed services delivery offerings • Demonstrated tenacity in Services pre-sales activities: active member of a pursuit team, experience scoping and contracting professional services engagements, able to break through rejection with customers, build and communicate high level project plans and long term customer roadmaps, etc. • Establish and maintain long term customer relationships and expand the services footprint • Proven track record of leading complex software implementation projects including direct oversight of delivery teams and executive stakeholder management
