📋 Description

• Partner closely with leaders and managers in Business Consulting to attract and engage quality talent to Business Consulting • Identify and engage candidates that align with our needs and partner with the business to ensure a thoughtful process • Collaborate with other members of the Talent Attraction organization to support goals across referrals, operations, and talent marketing • Manage the needs of multiple hiring managers concurrently across a wide variety of roles • Go beyond the traditional bounds of recruitment - Talent at Veeva is not transactional and hiring managers are a critical component of the process and your success

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to cultivate deep partnerships and act as a consultant to the business throughout the hiring process • Strong customer service skills and the ability to learn the business to energize them • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels - comfortable disseminating information, discussing data and insights • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • 5+ years of recruitment experience in consulting, life sciences, or software in customer-facing roles • Based in Central or Eastern Time Zone
