📋 Description

• Lead a team of around 30 researchers • Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects • Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team • Own your team’s KPIs and its performance • Collaborate with engineering teams on process automation • Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously • Develop a positive team culture of high engagement, excellent quality, and fun

🎯 Requirements

• People leadership experience • Proven knowledge in business process design, management and optimization • 1+ years work experience • Comfortable working remotely in an international environment
