📋 Description

• Design and implement release strategies and configuration distribution models • Define and enforce standards for development, configuration deployment, and environment management • Build, test, and deploy configuration packages through automated CI/CD pipelines and version control systems • Manage and synchronize multiple project workstreams, identifying and mitigating cross-project risks • Create and maintain Vault sandbox environments for production, QA, and development purposes • Serve as a subject matter expert to establish environment management strategies for new customers • Analyze and propose optimal deployment solutions for new product features • Collaborate with developer teams and support their work • Contribute to internal projects by developing tools to improve deployment quality, efficiency, and speed • Deliver knowledge transfers and provide ad-hoc training to customer teams • Handle release package creation, version control, data migration, and troubleshooting using internal and open-source tools

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in software development, DevOps, or a similar technical role • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent practical experience • Proven experience in full lifecycle software implementation projects • Candidates must be eligible for employment in Europe • Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Solid understanding of relational databases • Solid understanding of API principles and web services • Solid understanding of Continuous Integration (CI/CD) pipelines • Knowledge of XML • Experience with package automation and deployment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
