β’ Represent Vego Gardenβs high customer service standards with enthusiasm and passion. β’ Identify and assess customersβ needs to achieve satisfaction. β’ Leverage strong digital literacy abilities to operate our digital platforms (Shopify, Freshdesk, NetSuite). β’ Execute the key administrative data entry into customer records with high attention to detail. β’ Assist customers with updated documentation regarding orders and refunds. β’ Provide expert answers to customer inquiries through multiple channels (Phone, Email, Chat). β’ Resolve customer issues impacting their satisfaction using creative solutions. β’ Comply with Company policies and procedures. β’ Perform all other duties as assigned.
β’ 2+ years of call center experience is required. β’ Experience supporting customers in an e-commerce or DTC environment preferred. β’ Experience with live chat, email, social media, and phone support. β’ Ability to provide exceptional service to Vego Garden customers. β’ A reliable, flexible, client-focused service professional with strong digital literacy abilities. β’ A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. β’ High attention to detail in both verbal and written forms.
β’ Payrate starting at $17 per hour. β’ Flexible Paid Time Off. β’ 12 PTO days per year, accrued bi-weekly, with incremental increases annually. β’ 7 paid Holidays. β’ 401k contribution match of 4%. β’ Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance plans.
