📋 Description
• Lead clients through workflow automation and software development projects. • Bridge the gap between clients and the development team to ensure business needs are met. • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients toward technology solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders and influence project roadmaps to shape workflows. • Manage technical resources and ensure successful execution of applications using low-code platforms. • Assist with QA testing to ensure the final product meets business needs.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in the software industry, managing projects, technical teams, and client relationships. • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager delivering client solutions. • Proven success working with business customers to define and implement workflow applications. • Familiarity with low-code development methodologies. • Experience with software testing and QA processes. • Strong background in software development planning and execution. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. • Ability to identify upsell opportunities and help clients maximize value.
