📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a specialist focused on Amazon Connect. • Custom development and integrations are handled by the VELAIO team; this role focuses on designing, configuring, and operating the contact center platform.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in cloud contact center environments, with proven experience configuring Amazon Connect in production. • Native Spanish; technical English (reading documentation and working with international clients). • Preferred: AWS certification or specialization in Amazon Connect.
