• As a 3D Senior Animator, you will play a key role in bringing our Metaverse projects to life. • Your expertise in 3D animation will be essential in creating captivating and realistic character and/or animal movements. • You will collaborate closely with our art and design teams, utilizing your technical skills and artistic vision to deliver high-quality animations that elevate the immersive experience for our users. • Create visually stunning and realistic 3D character/animal animations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure animations align with the project's creative direction and technical requirements. • Implement and refine animation pipelines and workflows to optimize efficiency and maintain quality standards. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior animators, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance your skills and contribute to the evolution of our projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a 3D Animator, preferably within the gaming industry or related fields • Expert knowledge of 3D animation software, such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender and Unreal Engine • Strong understanding of character animation principles, timing, and weight distribution • Proven ability to create realistic and dynamic animations for both bipedal and quadrupedal characters • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment • A passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail • Good command of English (minimum B2 level) • Experience with motion capture technology and its integration into animations is a plus • Facial animation and lip-syncing experience is a plus • Skinning and rigging expertise for characters is a plus
