📋 Description

• Analyze existing business processes, identify weaknesses, and develop optimization approaches • Create and maintain clear process maps and detailed flow diagrams • Establish clear, structured, and version-controlled process documentation • Conduct interviews, workshops, and alignment meetings with business stakeholders • Structure, prioritize, and develop future target processes • Assess how processes can be modeled in tools such as Zoho and Airtable • Ensure compliance with process standards • Support implementations and process changes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Process Management, or a comparable role • Strong knowledge of BPMN (required) • Practical experience modeling complex business processes • Experience with process or workflow tools (e.g., Zoho, Airtable, Miro) • Knowledge of CRM or workflow systems is a plus • Analytical mindset with the ability to decompose complex workflows in a structured way • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong documentation skills and high standards for quality • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Very good written and spoken German and English
