📋 Description

• You support our participants through 1:1 coaching, moderated discussions and hands‑on exercises — during and after the training. • You present technical content, answer questions and assist with implementing layouts, features and projects in the browser. • You accompany internal projects and support companies as well as participants in applying their new knowledge in practice. • You develop high‑quality technical articles, blog posts and exercise materials to convey knowledge clearly and inspiringly. • You continuously optimise our learning materials and develop new, innovative educational formats in the field of web development.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, as well as experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue. • Experience in developing and delivering websites or web applications — from layout implementation and feature development to optimisation and maintenance of existing pages. • Confident handling of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. • Understanding of responsive design, usability, cross‑browser compatibility and performance optimisation. • Enthusiasm for modern web technologies and trends in the frontend world. • Enjoy teaching practical, easy‑to‑understand knowledge. • Didactic skills and strong communication when working with learners. • Team player with initiative and openness to new approaches and technologies. • Interest in actively shaping learning materials and teaching formats.
