📋 Description

• Participate in and contribute to technical and business planning • Support the technical growth of team members through mentorship • Write and make technical documentation available to the team and the department • Pair program with other team members during feature development • Be proactive in identifying and acting on opportunities as they arise • Contribute to the technical and business growth of the team and the department • Maintain a calm, approachable demeanor and strong communication skills • Demonstrate commitment and engagement in the face of challenges • Apply and uphold software development best practices • Work collaboratively in a team • Perform deployments through pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience developing backend applications • Go (Golang) • Design and architecture of distributed, scalable systems • Software engineering (SOLID, design patterns, etc.) • Observability (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, Datadog, etc.) • Documentation of technical decisions • Writing unit, functional, and integration tests • Containerization solutions (Docker) • Container orchestration solutions (Kubernetes) • Databases (SQL and NoSQL) • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
