📋 Description

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the clinic's cloud-based system • Answer and return patient calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner • Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish • Update and maintain accurate patient records in the system • Coordinate provider schedules and ensure accurate appointment entries • Provide general administrative support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Previous medical or dental receptionist experience preferred • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) • Strong English communication and listening skills • Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus • Reliable internet connection • Quiet and professional work environment • Ability to work during Eastern Time (ET) hours
