📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements • Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities • Handle the end-to-end process of booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all reservations • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and address any concerns • Establish and nurture strong relationships with travel partners • Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during travel, such as flight delays, cancellations, or changes to itineraries • Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive experience for clients • Attend live and online training programs and meetings to earn travel industry certifications • Manage all travel-related documentation, including tickets, confirmations, and itineraries • Stay informed about the latest travel trends, regulations, and updates • Provide clients with relevant information and recommendations to enhance their travel experience

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clientele • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Good at research • Able to work independently • Goal oriented • Positive and professional demeanor • Time management and organization skills • Self-starter, positive mind-set, self-motivated • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must have computer and reliable internet • Must be 18 years or older • Authorized to work in the U.S.
