📋 Description

• Oversee all activities related to the Canadian market • Take ownership of the execution of the brand strategy and identity in the Canada/Ontario market • Lead the dedicated team in charge of this market’s product and commercial initiatives • Monitor financial results, player behaviors, and market insights to optimize strategy • Define and communicate the local market/regional strategy • Collaborate with various teams to define and communicate the local market strategy, marketing and brand strategy, and operational plans • Work with the affiliate team to develop a marketing and brand strategy • Extend market distribution via affiliate partnerships or media buying • Manage and optimize the annual budget, assist with quarterly business reviews and revenue forecasting • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in iGaming/Online Casino/Sports Betting is a must • Previous online marketing or country manager experience within the Canadian market • A deep understanding of the Canadian mindset, having lived there or having thorough knowledge of the culture • Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones • Ability to analyze data, act quickly, and drive change to achieve goals and targets • Strong commercial acumen • Excellent networking and influencing skills • A proactive leader who leads by example
