📋 Description
• Develop and execute tailored launch plans, marketing strategies, and event support to drive client success • Support new and high-risk accounts by implementing proven marketing strategies • Deliver targeted business and marketing training to optimize customer operations, client consultations, and brand visibility • Collaborate with Territory Managers to drive sales opportunities and consumable usage • Monitor and analyze utilization reports, aligning marketing strategies with performance metrics • Track and report KPIs in Salesforce to monitor account progress and achieve business goals
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent educational background in business, marketing, or aesthetics field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry, with a strong background in sales or marketing working directly with aesthetic practices • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Expert, Excel) • Strong Consulting Skills • Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment with internal teams and customers • Data-Driven Mindset
