• Manage the annual training plan process • Manage local and corporate training platforms • Monitor development action KPIs for local and LATAM reporting • Map training needs, develop proposals for development actions and learning content • Source and contract providers for strategic, technical, and operational training • Manage the Educational Program, reviewing it as necessary • Manage payments to training providers • Manage suppliers, monitoring service delivery in accordance with contractual obligations • Provide support to employees on organizational development topics • Create and update management dashboards for the Annual Training Plan • Support employee onboarding • Manage LATAM and Global training programs • Responsible for reaction and effectiveness evaluations and attendance tracking for training sessions
• Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role • Intermediate to Advanced Excel • Intermediate English and Spanish (preferred) • Postgraduate degree (preferred)
