📋 Description

• Commissioning systems and training operating personnel • Performing maintenance in accordance with equipment specifications and protocols • Analyzing and resolving faults and malfunctions • Carrying out electrical and mechanical repairs • Preparing reports and documentation • Working at pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food-processing, chemical, and medical technology production sites, as well as research laboratories • Nationwide service coverage throughout Switzerland

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, medical technology, or an equivalent qualification • Experience as a service technician • Minimum B2 proficiency in German, English, and French • Category B driving license or equivalent • Willingness to undertake nationwide service assignments throughout Switzerland • Strong interpersonal and technical skills • Confident dealing with customers and carrying out technical interventions • Highly independent, with a strong customer-service orientation
