📋 Description

• Lead a digital health media team that partners with pharmaceutical companies and agency stakeholders to design and deploy cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. • Define and execute the digital media strategy aligned with Life Sciences business goals. • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated media campaigns across EHR, point-of-care, and digital platforms. • Oversee the creation and enhancement of digital media products, including programmatic advertising, content syndication, and in-EHR messaging. • Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to build scalable media solutions. • Partner with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to design media strategies that drive HCP and patient engagement. • Present media solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and measurable ROI. • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness. • Use data-driven insights to optimize media performance and inform future strategy. • Ensure all media activities comply with HIPAA, FDA, and industry regulations. • Maintain high standards of data privacy and ethical marketing practices. • Manage lead and team of Ad Operations responsible for client initiation and ad insertion. • Monitor and manage reporting across direct and programmatic activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health Informatics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). • 10+ years of experience in digital media, healthcare marketing, or life sciences. • Proven leadership in building and scaling digital media products or platforms. • Deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows, EHR systems, and regulatory frameworks. • Strong analytical skills and experience with media performance metrics. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
