📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards for internal business users • Transform complex business data into meaningful visualizations and actionable insights • Create and optimize semantic models, datasets, and reporting structures to support business operations • Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks that help leadership monitor business performance • Analyze data from multiple business systems and translate requirements into reporting solutions • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms • Support advanced analytics initiatives through effective data organization and visualization • Assist with the implementation and administration of Microsoft Fabric components, including data engineering and reporting workloads • Collaborate with technical teams to improve enterprise reporting architecture and data accessibility • Integrate data from ERP, CRM, HR, financial, operational, and other business systems into centralized reporting solutions • Partner with department leaders to identify reporting opportunities and improve business processes through data-driven insights

🎯 Requirements

• Microsoft Power BI certification • 3+ years of experience developing Power BI solutions in a professional environment • Strong expertise in: Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases • Experience integrating data from multiple business applications and data sources • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
