📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for RSMs during the Order Acquisition process, supporting UV system sizing, proposals, and bid pricing. • Collaborate with the PM team on bid specifications, drawings, and costing. • Serve as liaison between RSMs and internal teams to resolve technical and administrative issues promptly. • Attend customer meetings, deliver technical presentations, and train EPCs, contractors, channel partners, and new team members. • Maintain accurate records of quotes, bids, and deliveries for EMEA and address barriers to sales growth. • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and market penetration.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Chemical Engineering, Science, or a related field. • Knowledge of water treatment processes and/or UV technology is highly desirable. • Proven track record in sales planning and execution, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. • Prior experience in technical sales within water treatment or UV systems is a strong advantage. • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and provide technical support to customers. • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region throughout the fiscal year (25% of the time). • High proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. • Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, or any Asian language are considered a plus.
