📋 Description

• Build a trusted, highly effective working partnership with the SVP, understanding priorities and anticipating needs • Create planning, preparation, and structure that enable the SVP to focus on key business priorities • Manage complex international calendars, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, correspondence, expenses, and executive-level administration • Establish relationships across leadership and the EA community, connecting the SVP with key stakeholders • Anticipate meetings and decisions, ensuring appropriate stakeholders and information are engaged in advance • Coordinate executive meetings, leadership events, and off-sites from planning through execution • Communicate professionally, discreetly, and with good judgment on behalf of the SVP • Follow established company processes and simplify and continuously improve ways of working • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative EA community through knowledge sharing, coordination, and peer support • Support selected communications or cross-functional initiatives based on business needs and individual strengths • Bring ideas, improve work practices, and expand contributions through leadership events, communications, special initiatives, or EA-community development

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience supporting a senior executive in a complex, international organization • Exceptional planning, organization, and prioritization skills • Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs before they become urgent • Strong stakeholder-management skills and confidence working with senior leaders across functions and geographies • Excellent written and verbal communication • Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Collaborative, service-oriented approach • High attention to detail and commitment to established policies and processes • Adaptability and composure when priorities change • Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related collaboration tools • Availability for occasional domestic and international travel • Previous C-suite or company president support experience helpful but not essential • Experience coordinating leadership events, off-sites, or executive programs helpful but not essential • Interest or experience in internal communications, special projects, or EA-community development helpful but not essential • Familiarity with continuous-improvement principles helpful but not essential • Formal project-management experience helpful but not essential
