📋 Description

• Build a trusted working partnership with the SVP of Product Quality & Innovation • Create planning, preparation, and structure to support the SVP’s priorities • Manage the international calendar, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, correspondence, expenses, and executive administration • Establish relationships across leadership and the EA community • Anticipate meetings and decisions, engaging stakeholders and preparing information • Coordinate executive meetings, leadership events, and off-sites • Communicate professionally and discreetly on behalf of the SVP • Follow established processes and improve ways of working • Contribute to the EA community through knowledge sharing, coordination, and peer support • Support selected communications and cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience supporting a senior executive in a complex, international organization • Exceptional planning, organization, and prioritization skills • Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs • Strong stakeholder-management skills and confidence working with senior leaders across functions and geographies • Excellent written and verbal communication • Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Collaborative, service-oriented approach • High attention to detail and commitment to established policies and processes • Adaptability and composure when priorities change • Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related collaboration tools • Availability for occasional domestic and international travel
