• Managing and growing the assigned territory by executing tactical sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets. • Driving new customer acquisition while identifying untapped opportunities within existing accounts. • Strengthening customer relationships through value-based selling and effective negotiation to deliver win-win outcomes. • Improving sales efficiency through disciplined use of tools such as sales funnels and SFDC. • Partnering with internal teams and distributors to ensure smooth operations, including payment collections and issue resolution. • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to refine sales strategies and drive performance. • Travel Requirement: This is a field-intensive role involving approximately 60–70% travel within the assigned territory (Sambhaji Nagar and the surrounding Industrial regions).
• 8 years+ of field sales experience in industrial products or capital goods. • Should be familiar with Sambhaji Nagar territory and be able to speak the local language. • Proven experience in direct (B2B) field sales within a defined territory. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline (or non-engineering degree with strong industrial sales experience). • Hands-on experience using CRM tools (e.g., SFDC/Salesforce).
