• Responsible for leading AQI’s global sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets across all AQI software products. • Collaborate closely with other AQI senior leaders and commercial teams across Veralto operating companies to drive sales of AQI solutions. • Develop, deploy, and maintain AQI’s commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities. • Travel expectations are around 40% including international travel. • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive global sales organization. • Guide execution of current and new initiatives to achieve growth targets. • Develop and implement scalable sales processes, including pipeline/funnel management, territory and quota development, forecasting, and sales compensation. • Ensure outstanding customer experiences and high accountability across new logo and account management teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in SaaS or B2B software, with at least 5 years leading sales teams. • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving sales growth in a high-growth environment. • Experience building and leading high-performance sales organizations globally. • Strong financial acumen and ability to set and achieve budgetary and profitability objectives. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. • Customer-centric approach with a high sense of urgency. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience with water quality software products is a plus.
