• Translate business and user needs into clear configuration specifications and requirements for new product features and integrations • Support end-to-end feature delivery, including requirement gathering, documentation, acceptance criteria, and testing • Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing to validate functionality and usability • Define reporting and alerting requirements and ensure internal visibility of key product metrics • Own and develop relationships with integration partners, working collaboratively to optimise and enhance integrations • Design, document, and improve system and operational processes across the product lifecycle • Create user-facing help content, including instructional guides and video walkthroughs (e.g., Loom, Synthesia etc) • Analyse common sources of technical issues or support questions and provide actionable recommendations • Communicate key insights, risks, and findings to the Product team and wider stakeholders • Proactively identify opportunities to improve monitoring, discover issues earlier, and deliver greater value to customers
• Previous experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis within a software environment • Proven ability to elicit, document, and manage requirements • Experience in testing and validating product functionality • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to draw insights from data and present findings clearly • Experience producing process documentation and user guides • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Nice to Have) • Ability to write SQL queries for analysis and troubleshooting (Nice to Have)
