📋 Description

• Ensure the reliable operation and continuous improvement of departmental Power BI reports • Monitor, troubleshoot, and update dashboards • Implement stakeholder-requested enhancements • Maintain underlying datasets and data pipelines • Structure and normalize data feeding into Power BI • Collaborate with teams to define KPIs, data models, reporting concepts, and documentation standards • Support business use cases involving structured data handling, document and file maintenance, and operational process preparation • Maintain and update internal tools, documentation, content, and structure • Support projects across different roles and topics • Drive assigned topics proactively and ensure timely completion • Contribute to process optimization, standardization, and digitalization • Use Atlassian tools including Confluence and Jira for daily tasks and documentation workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Actively enrolled student in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field • Successful completion of at least the first semester • Practical experience with data handling, normalization, and dataset preparation • Hands-on experience with reporting tools, preferably Power BI • Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including Confluence and Jira • Efficient and confident use of AI tools in daily work • Strong analytical mindset and structured working style • High degree of ownership • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently • Very good written and spoken English skills • High motivation, reliability, and team orientation
