📋 Description
• Serve as the primary research advisor for 5-8 enterprise-level employer partners • Scope projects and create workplans that align research design with client objectives • Lead end-to-end research projects independently • Distilling quantitative and qualitative findings into clear, executive-ready summaries • Present research findings directly to senior and executive-level stakeholders • Contribute to research strategy by generating ideas for new project objectives
🎯 Requirements
• 4-6 years of professional experience in survey research, analytics, talent insights, consulting, or related fields • Demonstrated excellence advising external clients • Proven ability to diagnose ambiguous business challenges and translate them into well-scoped research designs • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to design and execute custom research projects from end to end • Experience managing concurrent projects independently
