📋 Description
• Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones • Manage interview logistics, confirmations, and schedule changes • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to keep hiring activities on track • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within Workday Recruiting and other TA systems • Generate and issue offer documentation and support pre-hire activities, including background checks • Leverage AI tools and technology to improve productivity and streamline TA workflows • Ensure adherence to hiring processes, compliance requirements, and data privacy standards • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability
