📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the sales team during the pre-sales cycle to provide technical expertise and build client confidence. • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their existing HR technology landscape, data flows, and key business challenges. • Design robust, scalable, and elegant integration solutions that map client requirements to Veritone Hire's capabilities. • Articulate and present complex technical solutions to a wide range of audiences, from client-side developers and IT managers to non-technical HR and talent acquisition leaders. • Develop clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including solution diagrams, data flow maps, API specifications, and statements of work (SOWs) that outline the integration plan. • Act as the go-to subject matter expert on HR Tech integrations. • Work with product and engineering teams to provide feedback from the field, helping to shape the future of our integration capabilities and product roadmap on integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Consultant, or a similar position. • A deep understanding of the HR technology ecosystem, particularly the role and function of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Experience designing and troubleshooting data exchange workflows is essential. • Strong, hands-on knowledge of modern integration patterns, APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.), webhooks, and common data formats (JSON, XML). • Great verbal and written communication skills. • A natural curiosity and a passion for solving complex puzzles. • Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote setting, managing your time across different US time zones.
