📋 Description

• Work on one of the main pillars of a bank's digital experience: Authentication, Security, and Access. • Responsible for turning complex topics in security, digital identity and authentication into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences for millions of customers, balancing business, technology, regulatory and user experience needs. • Lead end-to-end design initiatives, from discovery to delivery and the continuous evolution of solutions. • Map and structure journeys, flows and experiences related to authentication, login, biometrics, account recovery, trusted devices, identity verification and digital security. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, Engineering, Information Security and other stakeholders to define strategies and prioritize opportunities. • Conduct Discovery processes to identify problems, hypotheses and opportunities for improvement. • Create flows, wireframes, prototypes and specifications using Figma. • Plan and execute usability tests and other user validation methodologies. • Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions. • Ensure consistency with the Design System and the organization's experience patterns. • Participate in agile rituals, refinement sessions, workshops and strategic meetings. • Present solutions and defend design decisions at different levels of the organization, including executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Product Designer working on complex digital products. • Experience in high-scale environments, preferably in fintechs, banks, insurers or technology companies. • Experience working in multidisciplinary squads with Product and Engineering. • Proficiency in Figma. • Building complex flows and information architecture. • Interaction design and user experience. • Creation of medium- and high-fidelity prototypes. • Planning and conducting usability tests. • Knowledge of experience and product metrics. • Knowledge of Design Systems. • Experience with Discovery frameworks and hypothesis validation. • Familiarity with accessibility and digital security best practices. • Differentials: • Experience with authentication products, digital identity, biometrics or security. • Knowledge of Open Finance, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and financial sector regulations. • Experience conducting user behavior research. • Knowledge of metrics such as NPS, CES, Task Success Rate, SUM and digital product indicators. • Participation in the development or governance of Design Systems.
