📋 Description

• Own end-to-end management and governance of the roadmaps for the company’s strategic initiatives and products. • Ensure governance of the integrated schedule, maintaining a clear and forward-looking view of dependencies across different squads and business areas. • Structure and manage initiative boards, connecting day-to-day operations with strategic goals (OKRs/KPIs). • Monitor and report work status to stakeholders. • Proactively mitigate risks, remove impediments, and ensure on-time delivery. • Define team typologies and squad structures, establishing roles, deliverables, success metrics, and board standards. • Collaborate with Tech Leads/Architects to map and define the required capabilities. • Analyze productivity and flow-efficiency metrics, such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and CFD. • Design, implement, and track continuous improvement action plans using the tactical PDCA framework. • Ensure excellence in the execution of Kickoffs, Discovery meetings, and Delivery meetings. • Facilitate pre-work and PI Planning ceremonies or similar high-level planning sessions. • Apply the Agile/Project Maturity Radar and translate its results into action plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience working as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Agile Delivery Manager, or in a related project or product management role. • Proven experience managing multiple projects/squads and governing complex roadmaps with interdependencies. • Proficiency with project management and workflow tools (Businessmap, Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar). • In-depth knowledge of flow metrics and practical experience applying the PDCA cycle. • Experience facilitating large-scale sessions, such as PI Planning, Discovery sessions, and Kickoffs. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, from operations to executive leadership.
