📋 Description

• Develop and evolve reusable React Native components for the Design System. • Define and promote architectural patterns for mobile applications. • Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to ensure consistency between interface and implementation. • Document components, patterns, and development best practices. • Perform code reviews and provide technical support and mentorship to other developers.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with React Native • Proficiency in React 18+, TypeScript, Hooks, Context API, React Navigation, Redux Toolkit, and Zustand • Knowledge of scalable mobile application architecture • Experience building and evolving Design Systems • Familiarity with Atomic Design, Design Tokens, theming, shared libraries, governance, versioning, and component APIs • Experience extracting technical specifications • Knowledge of Variants, Auto Layout, and Design Tokens • Ability to convert designs into reusable components • Knowledge of render optimization • Experience with memoization, FlatList, memory management, and performance monitoring • Familiarity with WCAG guidelines • Experience with VoiceOver, TalkBack, proper contrast, and developing accessible components • Experience with Jest and React Native Testing Library • Knowledge of unit, integration, and automated testing • Experience with Fastlane • Familiarity with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps • Experience with release distribution and monitoring • Experience using tools like GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude to accelerate development and support code quality • More than 6 years of mobile development experience • At least 4 years of experience with React Native • Proven experience building Design Systems or reusable component libraries • Experience working in large corporate environments and with high-scale products.
