📋 Description

• Manage projects ensuring deadlines are met and that they remain within predetermined budgets. • Lead strategic initiatives and analyze their impact on the company. • Support other team roles in continuous interaction cycles guided by agile practices. • Collect appropriate metrics together with the Agile Master and present them to stakeholders so they can monitor project-related progress. • Occasionally provide solutions for adverse situations that may involve employees, vendors, or costs. • Prepare progress and delivery reports for each project.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in an Architecture squad • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, or other technology-related fields. • MBA or postgraduate specialization in project management. • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies. • Strong knowledge of project management and organizational tools. • Experience in risk management. • Desirable: • PMP certification • Knowledge of people management • Experience in migration projects • Experience in the financial market (not mandatory)
