📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations • Identify and manage corporate risks • Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of corporate governance practices • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit processes • Identify and monitor organizational risks • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and internal compliance policies • Prepare and present governance, risk, and compliance reports to senior management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance-related areas • Knowledge of data protection legislation (e.g., LGPD — Brazilian General Data Protection Law) • Knowledge of SOX, FCPA and other regulatory frameworks • Experience in internal auditing and preparing risk reports
