• Work directly with clients on implementing the monday.com platform, understanding their needs, mapping processes, and proposing strategic, customized solutions. • Lead requirements-gathering, planning, validation, and training meetings, ensuring alignment between expectations, deliverables, and project objectives. • Configure and customize the monday.com platform according to each client's business rules and specific requirements. • Manage the full implementation lifecycle, from kick-off and discovery to go-live and post-launch support, ensuring delivery quality and a positive customer experience. • Prepare functional and technical documentation, support materials, workflows, and records related to implementations. • Identify continuous improvement opportunities, proposing enhancements and new platform use cases. • Act in a consultative capacity, contributing to strategic solution adoption and strengthening client relationships.
• Proven experience in monday.com implementation projects. • Advanced knowledge of monday.com (certifications are a plus). • Ability to translate business processes into practical solutions within the platform. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead meetings with stakeholders across different levels. • Organized and autonomous, with a strong sense of prioritization and responsibility. • Knowledge of integrations using Make.com, APIs, Zapier, or similar tools is desirable.
