📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for workflow migration from exported solutions, and together with business users • Translate business processes into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance and success criteria • Collaborate with business units to validate requirements and confirm desired outcomes • Ensure technical solutions meet documented business needs and deliver measurable value • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with end users and subject matter experts • Work with the Solution Designer and Senior Power Platform Solution Technician to confirm alignment between requirements and implemented solutions • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, business rules, and requirements traceability matrices • Support the testing phase by validating that built solutions align with defined success criteria • Act as the communication bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring mutual understanding and expectations management • Assist in change management activities by documenting impacts and supporting end-user readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects • Experience documenting requirements for workflow automation or process digitization projects • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially Power Platform and SharePoint • Proven ability to write clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile delivery contexts • Experience working across both business and technical teams to ensure requirement traceability • Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills • Familiarity with Nintex Workflow and Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) (preferred) • Experience in large-scale workflow or business process migration programs (preferred) • Knowledge of testing frameworks and validation approaches for low-code applications (preferred) • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) (preferred) • Experience working in an Agile framework (preferred)
