📋 Description

• Structured onboarding for new users: Guide clients from their first interaction with the product, ensuring a smooth implementation and rapid adoption • Software configuration: Set up accounts, operations, workflows and other system modules according to the client’s business context and needs • Process implementation and training: Plan and deliver functional training sessions, ensuring users understand and correctly use the tools • Implementation project management: Lead schedules and deliverables, ensuring quality and timely completion • Ongoing client relationship management: Conduct checkpoint meetings to monitor progress, resolve questions and maintain active, trusted communication • Operational support and issue resolution: Serve as the point of contact for clients’ functional and operational questions, acting with agility and empathy • Demonstrations and presentations: Deliver demos tailored to the client’s context, highlighting benefits and best practices • Ensure value delivery: Act as the custodian of the customer experience, ensuring the product fulfills its purpose and delivers concrete results for the business

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ERP experience: Solid background in implementing, supporting, or consulting on enterprise resource planning systems • Functional leadership capability: Ability to lead implementation projects, coordinate deliverables and keep alignment between technical teams and clients • Disciplined, execution-oriented profile: Organized, responsible, results-focused and proactive • Availability to travel: Willingness to attend on-site implementations or training when required (occasionally) • Consultative, relationship-focused approach: Ability to build strong relationships and act as a strategic partner to the client • Clear and concise communication: Able to translate technical topics into understandable and empathetic language • Resilience and adaptability: Capable of facing challenges, adapting to change and maintaining focus on value delivery • Strategic mindset and customer orientation: Focus on measurable results, user experience and long-term success • Sense of ownership and hands-on attitude: Work autonomously with commitment and willingness to get involved in practical tasks
