• We are looking for Software Developers who are innovative, creative, and problem solvers who get things done! • The Software Developer will be responsible for developing solutions that drive innovation and competitive advantage. • The roles encompass writing code to build and support our billing and payroll systems, applications, and platforms as well as configuring, optimizing and maintaining our software. • The Software Developer will interface with other developers and architects to ensure that designs and quality are meeting our requirements. • Each Developer is envisioned to be part of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of a project: from initiation through deployment. • We are looking for software developers who: Have a steadfast drive for excellence Challenge themselves and their peers Enjoy working collaboratively in cross-functional teams Demonstrate a good work ethic Have a strong ability and willingness to learn Excel in a variety of job assignments Desire to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems.
🎯 Requirements
• Be able to work in a small, fast-paced, startup environment • Focus on writing clear, maintainable, tested code • Familiarity or willingness to learn NodeJS, Express, React and MongoDB • Familiarity with version control tools like git • Work with cross-disciplinary team members to design and develop full-stack applications and get software to market • Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software • Effectively manage tasks, projects, and problem-solve • Excellent written communication skills and ability to contribute to the team
