📋 Description
• Developing production-grade firmware for Matter-enabled devices • Owning firmware development across the full device lifecycle • Participating in hardware debugging and validation using various tools • Collaborating closely with hardware engineers and cross-functional teams
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of professional embedded/firmware engineering experience • Significant experience with ESP-IDF • Demonstrable work implementing Matter on ESP32-series silicon • Hands-on experience with at least one Matter transport • Familiarity with secure boot, flash encryption, and device attestation in the Matter context • Experience standing up CI/CD for firmware builds and automated test harnesses • Must reside in Argentina and be authorized to work without sponsorship
