📋 Description
• Develop production-grade firmware for Matter-enabled devices from bring-up to certification • Own firmware development across the device lifecycle • Participate in hardware debugging and validation • Collaborate closely with hardware engineers and cross-functional teams
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years professional embedded/firmware engineering in C/C++ • Significant experience with ESP-IDF • Direct experience implementing Matter on ESP32 series silicon • Hands-on experience with Matter transport at firmware level • Experience debugging commissioning flows & protocol-level issues • Familiarity with secure boot, flash encryption, and device attestation in Matter context • Contributions to open-source Matter or ESP-IDF repositories • Comfortable reading specs and translating into firmware
