📋 Description
• Develop production-grade firmware for Matter-enabled devices • Own firmware development across the full device lifecycle • Participate in hardware debugging and validation • Collaborate with hardware engineers and cross-functional teams • Debug complex, real-world interoperability issues across ecosystems
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years professional embedded/firmware engineering in C/C++ • Significant experience with ESP-IDF • Direct experience implementing Matter on ESP32-series devices • Hands-on with Matter transport at the firmware level • Experience debugging commissioning flows and protocol-level issues • Familiarity with secure boot and flash encryption • Experience with hardware debug toolchains
