📋 Description

• Own the cloud platform, CI/CD pipelines, and internal developer platforms • Build, scale, and fortify global cloud infrastructure for mission-critical, high-throughput payment applications with zero downtime • Design, build, and optimize high-availability AWS infrastructure managed through infrastructure as code (IaC) • Own, modernize, and scale continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines • Build self-service platforms and Golden Paths enabling safe, autonomous, rapid production deployments • Implement self-healing infrastructure using GitOps methodologies, automation scripts, and reproducible environment templates • Configure and maintain telemetry tooling including Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry • Participate in on-call rotations and lead blameless post-mortems • Embed security guardrails and compliance practices into deployment workflows • Ensure cloud security, API gateways, and network isolation are continuously enforced as code • Partner with product and engineering teams to drive platform adoption • Mentor mid-level and junior engineers on SRE, DevOps, and cloud-native practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure roles • Experience owning complex, large-scale distributed systems in mission-critical environments • Advanced experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and GitOps deployment workflows including ArgoCD, Flux, and GitHub Actions • Proven track record building, optimizing, and securing automated CI/CD deployment pipelines • Strong coding/scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash • Hands-on experience implementing end-to-end telemetry and monitoring stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools • Drive to eliminate manual friction, automate repetitive tasks, and solve complex platform challenges end-to-end • Experience with tokenization, payment processing, or security products • BA/BS degree (nice to have) • Experience managing Kafka (MSK) or high-concurrency database platforms under heavy load • Hands-on experience integrating AI developer tools, agentic workflows, or automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Practical understanding of PCI-DSS, SOC2, or ISO27001 frameworks
