📋 Description

• Manage 2–4 concurrent client implementations across Veryon’s software solutions • Drive full project lifecycles from kickoff through go-live and closure • Ensure project deliverables align with agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations • Provide regular status updates to internal leadership and customer stakeholders • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned customers • Lead project kickoff meetings, weekly status calls, and milestone reviews • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution • Own project plans, timelines, scope documents, meeting notes, and change requests • Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies early • Coordinate cross-functional resources including consultants, product teams, and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of hands-on project management experience in Professional Services, SaaS, or technology implementation environments • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities • Strong client-facing experience in project delivery, consulting, onboarding, or customer success roles • Knowledge of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage executive and operational stakeholders • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%) for client or project needs.
