📋 Description

• Produce timely and reliable monthly management reporting files for the assigned business unit • Identify and investigate variances against benchmarks and analyze differences • Explore potential problems with non-financial department heads and business units • Lead process and system improvement projects • Update Excel-based reconciliations and support packs for Balance Sheet accounts • Support and challenge business heads through the Group’s Quarterly Strategic Review and forecasting process • Deliver information packs to auditors and support the statutory audit process • Prepare periodic financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations, and cash flow forecasts • Interpret and communicate financial data to non-financial managers • Advise on business impact and make recommendations • Participate in process development and transformation projects to improve efficiency and profitability • Act as a Business Partner across all aspects of the role • Contribute to the overall corporate strategy • Capture data and analysis to support business decision-making • Assist with regional acquisitions and integration into Vesta systems, processes, controls, and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs • Strong Excel modelling, data interrogation and reconciliation skills • Experience of Microsoft ERP software advantageous • Experience working in an international business advantageous • Fluent English (verbal and written) • Other languages advantageous • Knowledge of IFRS preferable • Experience in software or high-tech industry an asset • Highly organized and methodical • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder interaction skills • Ability to self-motivate and work toward deadlines with limited supervision • Ability to work under pressure and produce accurate, complete results • Willingness to work in a dynamic multinational environment • High degree of personal initiative and ownership • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
