📋 Description

• Research and assess legal questions in the fund space • Analyze limited partnership agreements, subscription documents, and regulatory requirements across Germany, Luxembourg, the UK, and other jurisdictions • Work with fund managers, law firms, and fund administrators to understand legal and compliance processes • Translate legal and compliance processes into scalable, standardized workflows on Vestlane • Implement subscription documents as production-ready digital workflows with form logic, field mapping, and DocuSign e-signature integration • Support client implementations from document review through go-live • Identify recurring legal and regulatory requirements and share them with Product and Engineering • Collaborate with Legal & Compliance on legal-tech processes, templates, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Studying law, ideally from the fourth semester onwards, or already completed a law degree • Students of business law (LL.B./LL.M.) and legal trainees (Referendar:innen) are welcome • Interest in corporate, business, or capital markets law • Ability to work through complex legal questions and implement requirements into efficient, repeatable processes • Structured, detail-oriented working style • Curiosity about technology and digital tools and processes • Confident written and client-facing communication in German and English • First exposure to fund law, fund structures, or investor onboarding is nice to have but not required
