• Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels • Place and manage all purchase orders (POs) daily to ensure accurate entry, proofing, and maintenance • Provide regular updates to fulfillment partners on inventory status, potential risks, and new opportunities • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to ensure the purchasing process is efficient and scalable • Utilize data analysis and forecasting techniques to identify trends and make informed decisions on optimal reorder points • Monitor inventory levels daily and make timely adjustments to meet changing conditions • Analyze and report on inventory performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving solutions • Partner with fulfillment partners to request regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy and identify potential discrepancies • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall business performance and troubleshoot systems issues with systems analyst

🎯 Requirements

• Proven 2+ years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in a high-growth environment • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality • Expertise in Excel • Familiarity with inventory management & forecasting systems • Tableau experience is a plus • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying; company is unable to sponsor work visas at this time
