📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Cority software to meet Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) needs. • Gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and develop minimum viable products (MVPs) for the Industrial Hygiene and Mobile Application modules of Cority GX2. • Design and develop Cority GX2 functionality while ensuring high-quality code and performance. • Work alongside and mentor junior engineers. • Collaborate with Product Management and Scrum teams to estimate and deliver features. • Perform design and code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and manage resolution. • Implement DevOps pipelines in cloud environments using modern tools like GitHub. • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science • 7–10 years of experience configuring EHS&S software solutions, preferably Cority. • Proven experience leading architecture and configuration of Cority GX2 modules. • Strong background in Low Code No Code (LCNC) platforms such as Salesforce, Pega, Appian, or Microsoft. • Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations. • Agile development and product delivery expertise. • Strong object-oriented design, system integration, and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to obtain a government clearance.
