📋 Description

• Manage the complete life cycle of IT projects, including planning, design, development, testing, and implementation. • Develop project plans, define scope, establish milestones, and identify resource requirements. • Lead Agile ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies throughout project initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Break down large initiatives into manageable sequences to accelerate delivery and improve team efficiency. • Provide leadership in budgeting, scheduling, risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution. • Communicate project status and recommendations to senior government officials and executive stakeholders. • Coordinate with internal teams, client project teams, and external partners to maintain alignment and progress. • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in a relevant field. • 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects as a Project Manager. • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, cloud environments, and modern engineering practices. • Experience managing large-scale, complex IT initiatives within structured environments. • Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management best practices. • Proficiency in developing schedules, resource plans, and budget considerations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders. • Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder-engagement capabilities. • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with competing priorities. • PMP or PgMP certification (required). • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
