📋 Description

• Handle all aspects related to payroll directly, ensuring efficient management of employees' salaries, taxes, and benefits.

🎯 Requirements

• Required knowledge for SAP HCM PY support (Payroll): • Payroll processing, off-cycle runs, vacation pay (average earnings), 13th salary (13th-month pay), terminations (TRCT), issuance of pay slips; • Payroll rules, schemas, features, functions, and payroll operations; • Infotypes (Master Data, Organizational Data, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits); • Alimony/child support deductions; • Accruals for vacation and 13th salary; • Retroactive calculations; • Accounting posting (integration with FI); • Bank file exchange; • Payroll element tables, contributions, etc.; • Statutory/legal reports; • Basic ABAP knowledge for technical specifications (interfaces and reports); • Basic knowledge of Time Management (Time); • Maintenance of eSocial events.
